  • Email address — used solely to send you the link to claim your optimized resume
  • Resume content — the text you upload or paste, used only for optimization
  • Job posting — the job description you provide, used only for optimization

How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Generate an optimized resume tailored to the job posting
  • Send you a one-time email with the claim link to access your result

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not retain your data beyond what is necessary:

  • No long-term storage. We do not keep your resume, job posting, or generated content after the initial generation stage.
  • Email. Your email address is used only to send you the claim link. It is deleted after 7 days.
  • Claim links. Links to access your result expire after 7 days. After that, the result is no longer available.

Third-Party Services

We use limited third parties to operate the service:

  • AI APIs (e.g., Google Gemini) — to optimize your resume. Content is sent for processing and is not retained by us beyond delivery.
  • Transactional email — to send your claim link.
  • Analytics — if enabled, we may use tools like Google Analytics for anonymous usage data. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Cookies and Sessions

We use minimal session data to keep your form inputs (e.g., resume preview) while you complete the flow. This is temporary and tied to your browser session. We do not use tracking cookies beyond optional analytics.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Because we do not retain data long-term, exposure is minimized.
